Events at The Women's Centre
Each year the Women's Centre presents many special events to celebrate and inspire women.
Congratulations to the Spa Queen Dragons!
Once again Enza Spa entered a Dragon Boat in the Oakville Trafalgar Rotary Club's 4th Annual Charity Dragon Boat Race. The event was held on August 17, 2008. Proceeds from the Spa Queen Dragons' entry will go towards The Women's Centre. Last year Enza Spa won Silver and raised the third highest amount of pledges. We don't have the results for this year yet, but we'll post them here as soon as they are available.

Mark your calendars! The Women's Centre has another exciting event coming up in September.
On Wednesday September 10th, Travel Rite Accessories and The 5 Drive-In are hosting the 2nd Annual Chick Flicks at the 5 - and this year it is in support of The Halton Women's Centre. Chick Flicks at the
5 is a tail-gate party - Diva Style. A fun-filled girl's night out at the movies - this year featuring the *HOT NEW RELEASE - MAMA MIA *- and the second feature - *BABY MAMA! *Prior to the movie we will have shopping, manicures, massages, psychic readings, BBQ and more. All funds raised will go to The Halton Women's Centre - helping us work towards our goal of finding a permanent home. Tickets are $20.
